What payment methods do you accept?

Prepayment is required for all bookings. Payments are made securely through our online booking system.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 100% of the service cost, including booking fees, sales tax, and tips.

What if I’m late or book the wrong service?

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or book the wrong service/time slot, an additional fee of $50 may apply on top of the correct appointment price.

Can I cancel a prepaid appointment?

No, prepaid appointments cannot be canceled directly by the client. To request a cancellation or rescheduling, text (832) 713-5537 at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are only issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. Approved refunds take 2–7 business days for processing by Square and may take 4–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

What happens if I dispute a charge after agreeing to your policies?

Disputing charges after agreeing to these terms may result in legal action and additional fees to cover dispute resolution costs.
